To provide the core functionality of the App (gamification, points calculation, and leaderboards), we collect data related to your badminton and fitness sessions, including:

• Activity types (e.g., Match Play, Stroke Drills, Fitness)
• Duration and intensity of your workouts
• Custom task names and session notes
• App-generated performance metrics (e.g., Points, Player Level)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, specifically to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Sync and store your workout data securely across devices.
• Calculate your fitness points and determine your player ranking (e.g., "Rookie").
• Display your username and points on the public Senior Badminton Leaderboard.
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. We integrate with the following services:

• Google Sign-In: Used for secure authentication. Google may collect data according to their own privacy policy.
• Firebase Authentication & Cloud Firestore (Google): Used to securely store your profile data, session history, and leaderboard rankings in the cloud.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.

4. Data Sharing and Leaderboard Visibility

Because Smash Ageing Companion features a global Leaderboard, your display name, profile picture, player level, and total accumulated points will be visible to other users of the App. Private session details (like your personal notes or specific workout lengths) remain private and are not shared with other users.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. All data synced to our backend is encrypted in transit and at rest using Firebase's security infrastructure. However, no data transmission over the Internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request corrections to your personal data.
• Request the deletion of your account and associated data. (You can request this by contacting us or looking for the "Delete Account" option within the App settings).
